Free Student Tuesdays
All students (kindergarten - graduate school) receive free admission every Tuesday at MMAM. Free Student Tuesdays are possible thanks to a generous grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Join us with your toddler the second Tuesday of the month for Toddler Tuesday at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum! This busy morning will engage you and your toddler in a variety of ways. Expect to do some themed art projects, explore the galleries, play and snack. Toddler Tuesday allows you to engage with your toddler through hands on activity.
If you are at least six years old and love to make art, then the Art-Venture program is for you. We will look at a few select artworks in the galleries for inspiration, and then we will pull out the art supplies and practice our skills. Registration is required. $2/student, MMAM members free. Check the calendar for upcoming events.
Students of all ages will enjoy visiting MMAM for a meaningful and inspiring experience. Specially trained docents will lead you through the galleries on a museum tour tailored to the age of your students. Tours must be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance.
While Second Saturdays are programmed for all ages, this is a great day to visit with kids. Gallery Bingo, art-making activities, and lots of visitors make this a good day to visit.

Join us at MMAM for our annual free summer family fest! Features include art-making projects indoors and out, gallery tours, sidewalk chalk, bubbles and more. Hot dog lunch is available for purchase and everyone is admitted free. Event will occur rain or shine!
