Onsite Photoshoots

Private and commercial use of videography and photography on the Museum’s campus is available for a fee, and requires scheduling.

The Atrium

Our Atrium is artfully designed with a vaulted ceiling and opens into three art galleries that house rotating exhibitions throughout the year. This exquisite space is perfect for cocktail parties, receptions, banquets, and employee celebrations. Projection equipment and setup available for an additional cost. Includes use of cafe space (4 round tables and 15 chairs). 

Capacity: 100 Seated / 100 Lecture style / 250 Cocktail hour

Rental Fee: $250/hour [only available outside of business hours]

Oberton Education Room

Our Oberton Education Room is perfect for your corporate meetings, family gatherings, class or workshop. It is equipped with a sink and counter, mobile whiteboard, access to secure wifi, projection, and sound system. The back door leads directly to the adjacent parking lot, making load in / load out easy, with our own private access. 

Capacity: 50 Seated / 80 Lecture style

Rental Fee: $50/hour during business hours; $100/hour outside of business hours.

Riverwalk

A beautiful patio along the majestic Mississippi River. It comes equipped with patio furniture and sun umbrellas. Perfect for outdoor family events, outdoor concerts, or film or photo shoots. The Atrium or Oberton Education Room must be booked as a rain location when renting the Riverwalk. 

Capacity: 75 Seated / 100 Cocktail hour 

Rental Fee: $100/hour during business hours; $200/hour outside of business hours 

Galleries

With 20’ ceilings and art-filled inspiration on the walls, each of our 6 stunning galleries can be transformed into a unique event space to suit your needs. Food and beverage are prohibited, but these spaces are great for lectures, readings, photo shoots, or corporate retreats. Certain galleries may have restricted uses, so inquire ahead. 

Capacity: 125 Seated

Rental Fee: $250 / hour [only available outside of business hours] 

Gardens

Our three-acre riverside prairie and wildflower garden includes a 2,700 square foot mowed area, a stunning setting and perfect platform for your outdoor tent, stage or ceremony, perfect for weddings, concerts, and performances. 

Capacity: 300 People

Rental Fee: $250 / hour [only available outside of business hours] 

Entire Museum

Includes access to all indoor and outdoor public spaces across the museum campus. Includes gallery admission for all guests. 

Capacity: 500 People

Rental Fee: $3,000 - 3 Hour Minimum $500 for each additional hour
