Art is for everyone! Join us on Saturday, September 14, for Second Saturday! This month's theme is Artful Paws, inspired by MMAM's current exhibition, Seth Casteel: Underwater Dogs, on view now!
$1 Admission: MMAM members and Children 4 and under are always free.

Art Making:
Pet Pins - Draw your pet, real or imaginary, using your own human paw-print (your fingerprint) and then turn your design into a wearable button using a button press.
Metal Mutts - Turn a sheet of copper into a work of art using dog-themed stencils or your own design. This craft is inspired by the metalworking technique of Repoussé!
Tours:
MMAM Highlights Tour: This 30-minute orientation will introduce you to the permanent collections (10AM, 12PM, 2PM, 4PM)
Pups in Paintings: Join MMAM Executive Director Nicole Chamberlain-Dupree for a 30-minute tour highlighting the furry friends featured in the MMAM collection. 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm

Special Activities:
Pup say WHAT?! Take a look through some of our favorite images from the Underwater Dogs exhibition by photographer Seth Casteel and translate the pup’s facial expressions and body language into words!
Artist Demonstration: Megan Murrell is a mixed-media artist and illustrator based in Minneapolis. She will be showcasing her talents throughout the day with demonstrations scheduled for 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm. Murrell draws inspiration from the natural world, with animals and pets being some of her favorite subjects!
Bingo Overboard: Play this search-and-find game, and earn a prize!
Getting to MMAM with Winona transit Dial-a-Ride:
MMAM is pleased to offer free rides to and from the museum with Winona Transit’s Service Dial-a-Ride, between 10am - 5pm on any Second Saturday event. Please call 507-454-6666 to schedule your ride.
